Thank you for your interest in joining the HIVE MLS of the Rocky Mount Area Association of REALTORS® (RMAAR). RMAAR partners with (HIVE MLS)
You must be a licensed real estate broker, a certified appraiser or an uncertified appraiser (under the direct supervision of the Certified Appraiser/Participant) to be a subscriber of the HIVE MLS
If you are REALTOR® member, your broker in charge/firm must also be a firm participant member prior to your initial application as a broker or appraiser. Please note: Our by-laws do not provide for refunds, so please ensure your BIC is currently a firm participant before proceeding with this process.

The Subscriber agrees to the following as a condition for access to and use of the Service:
The Subscriber has received a copy of the Bylaws, Rules and Regulations, and agrees to abide by them at all times.
The Subscriber shall pay all costs charged to him/her as a User of the Service. The Subscriber shall provide a letter of good standing from current primary association. Note: The letter of good standing must be sent prior to completing this application process to ae@rmaar.com.
The Firm Participant (BIC) agrees to oversee Subscriber’s compliance with all Rules and Regulations of the Service. Participant will notify Service immediately upon termination of its Subscribers association with Participant. The Participant must remain in good standing as a member of a Board/Association recognized by NAR and be capable of offering and accepting compensation and cooperation to and from other Participants.
UNAUTHORIZED USE OF ACTIVEKEY OR LOGIN INFORMATION TO THE MLS of the RMAAR:
Use of your SentriLock Key Card and access to the MLS of the RMAAR database is restricted only to approved, paying Subscribers to the Service.
Subscriber therefore agrees to maintain secrecy and security of his/her login information.
Subscriber agrees that having the right to access database and properties listed through the Service brings with it responsibility to maintain the integrity of the database and the security of properties listed with the Service.
Subscriber agrees to notify the Association if his /her password is compromised or his/her Key Card has been misplaced, stolen or may have been used without his/her authority.
Failure to notify the Association in said breach of security or misuse or potential misuse of your Key Card may result in a fine of $1500.00 and/or other penalties as may be imposed by the Association.
